HOW ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES DETERMINED?

Shipping rates vary depending on the method selected and the weight of the order. To calculate the exact cost of shipping for your order, place the items you'd like to order in your shopping cart, and at the bottom of the cart page, the shipping rates are automatically calculated and updated each time an item or quantity is added.

Don't be fooled by other sites that promise great shipping charges or low product prices, only to find out their overall price is much higher than ours. Sometimes a site offers "free shipping," but then charges a handling fee or a higher price for their products. Other sites give you a low price for the product, but then charge an outrageous shipping or handling fee. We don't play games with our customers!

WHAT IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

When you place an order, we automatically select the carrier that offers the greatest savings and fastest delivery. We've partnered with multiple regional and national carriers, so depending on your location, tracking information can vary.

Once your order ships and a tracking number has been assigned to your package, we'll send you an email with all the details. Included in the email is the name of the carrier, the ship date, and the tracking number.

If you don't receive the email or have misplaced your tracking number, it can be found on our site by doing the following:

  • Hover over the Store menu at the top of the page, hover over Help & Order Status, and then click Account Management from the menu on the right.
  • For security purposes, login to your account by entering your username and password. If you do not have an account, unfortunately you won't have access to your order and tracking information through the site.
  • On the My Account page, click Order History. This page lists all your previous orders with the most recent at the top of the page.
  • Click the order number for the order you'd like to review. Tracking details, including the tracking number, ship date, status, and more, are all listed along with up-to-date delivery information.

Note: It can take up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to update in the system. If tracking information is not available, please wait 24 business hours from the time the order was shipped.

International Shipments:

Depending on your country, international shipments may have full tracking information available; however packages shipped with certain regional or international carriers are not assigned tracking numbers. If you prefer to have a tracking number, be sure to choose either the Economy or Priority shipping option when completing your order.

Note: On average, orders take 24 hours for tracking information to update in the system. However in some situations, it can take three to eight business days for an order to receive an initial update and updates may differ depending on the destination country. If tracking information is not available, please allow 24 business hours from the time the order was shipped for the system to update.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE WHEN EXPECTED?

Most domestic orders are shipped from one of our warehouse locations within 24 hours and should arrive within 2-5 business days depending on your location, the carrier, and the selected delivery option.

International orders should arrive at your country's customs office within 4-12 business days, depending on which shipping method was selected and the destination country. In extreme circumstances, customs inspections can delay the delivery of international orders, but we include all the paperwork necessary to speed up the inspections process and clear customs as quickly as possible.

AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING DUTIES AND TAXES ON MY ORDER?

Duties and taxes are different in every country and many factors play a role in determining if they need to be paid. Orders shipped to countries outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country. From our experience, most foreign customers are not charged when they receive the shipment, however, any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

If you do get charged an additional fee, the carrier will expect payment at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these charges, or if an order is rejected by customs due to item restrictions, or if the order is returned because the local post is unable to locate your address, we can refund you for the cost of the products (which does not include any shipping or return shipping fees) once the package is returned and processed by our warehouse. Please note that packages returned by customs can sometimes take a very long time to return, and in extreme circumstances can take as long as one year.

WHY DID I RECEIVE A MESSAGE THAT AN ITEM CANNOT BE SHIPPED TO MY COUNTRY?

When you are shopping in our EU store, you have the ability to add any item to your shopping cart. However, when you enter your address, select your shipping country, and an error message displays, the flagged item has known import restrictions to your country and will not be allowed through customs.

To help you determine what can or cannot be shipped to you, we created a store specific to your country. The country specific store contains only products available to be shipped directly to you and removes the uncertainty.

Regulations are different in every country, and though they change often, we do our best to keep up with them and update your store as soon as we know of a new restriction. We try not to ship products that are restricted in your country to prevent you from losing out on the item and money, however the responsibility falls on you, the customer, to ensure the products ordered are not seized by customs.

We ship to all P.O. Boxes with no problem. When you enter your shipping address, our system automatically selects the correct shipping option to get your order delivered directly to the Post Office box specified.
